The Ordinance of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of April 11, 2022, amending the Ordinance on the control of SARS-CoV-2 infection in mink, enters into force.

On a farm keeping minks or raccoons where the disease is suspected, persons in contact with these animals shall: wear triple-layer masks, goggles or goggles, disposable protective gloves; clean and disinfect equipment used in handling these animals before use; before entering the premises where these animals are kept: a) clean and disinfect footwear worn, b) subject clothing worn to a process designed to inactivate SARS-CoV-2. If it is suspected that persons infected with SARS-CoV-2 who come into contact with minks or raccoons on the farm may be the source of the disease, the mink or raccoon keeper shall be ordered to make a census of all minks and other animals kept on the farm, prohibit the movement of minks or raccoons from and to the farm, and specify the conditions for the movement from and to the farm of persons, mammals kept on the farm, means of transport and equipment. The regulation enters into force on April 29, 2022.

The Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of March 22, 2022 on visas for foreigners enters into force

The Regulation specifies: 1) the designation of the purposes of issuing Schengen visas or national visas, excluding airport transit visas, Schengen visas issued for the purpose of transit, and visas issued to members of diplomatic missions or consular posts of foreign countries or other persons equal to them in terms of privileges and immunities under laws, agreements or generally established international customs, and members of their families; 2) the specimen of the visa blank; 3) the specimen of the application form for the issuance of a national visa and the detailed technical requirements for the photograph accompanying the application; 4) the manner of recording the acceptance of the application for a national visa. The regulation enters into force on April 29, 2022.

The Ordinance of the Minister of Health of April 27, 2022, repealing the Ordinance on the organizational standard of health care for patients suspected of being infected or infected with SARS-CoV-2 comes into effect

The Ordinance of the Minister of Health of October 8, 2020 on the organizational standard of health care for a patient suspected of being infected or infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 382 and 383) shall be repealed. The regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of promulgation.

Amends the Law of March 12, 2022 on assistance to citizens of Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of the country

The Law establishes special rules for legalization of residence of citizens of Ukraine who arrived on the territory of the Republic of Poland due to warfare, and citizens of Ukraine holding the Card of the Pole who arrived on the territory of the Republic of Poland with their immediate family. If a citizen of Ukraine arrived legally on the territory of the Republic of Poland in the period from February 24, 2022 to the date specified in the regulations issued on the basis of paragraph 4 and declares his intention to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland, his stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is considered legal for a period of 18 months counting from February 24, 2022. The stay of a child born on the territory of the Republic of Poland by a mother who is the person specified in the first sentence shall also be considered legal during the period concerning the mother. The amendments come into force on April 30, 2022.

The Announcement of the Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of March 3, 2022 on the announcement of the unified text of the Law on Financial Market Supervision shall be amended

The consolidated text of the Act of July 21, 2006 on Financial Market Supervision is announced in the appendix to the notice, taking into account the amendments introduced by: the Act of February 25, 2021 on amending the Act – Banking Law and certain other acts, the Act of March 30, 2021 on amending the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and certain other acts, the Act of July 8, 2021. on amending the Law on the Bank Guarantee Fund, the Deposit Guarantee System and Forced Restructuring and certain other laws, the Law of October 1, 2021 on amending the Law on Trading in Financial Instruments and certain other laws, and amendments resulting from regulations promulgated before March 3, 2022.

The Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure dated March 12, 2019 on the professional registration of vehicles, applicable markings and fees related to professional vehicle registration is amended

The provisions of the regulation specify: the activities of the district governor in matters related to the professional registration of vehicles, the model application, the scope of filling in the blank of the professional registration certificate, the amount of fees. The amendments come into effect on May 1, 2022.
