On 25.05.2022 during the 2nd International Scientific Conference “Digital Society and Concepts of Organizational Management”, Counselor Katarzyna Turcza presented a paper entitled “Trends and demands in the issue of development, marketing and use of systems of artificial
Intelligence ( AI) in the EU area”.

The aim of the conference was to review the current dilemmas facing representatives of the scientific discipline of management and personnel leading organizations. In the course of it, theoretical and practical knowledge about the functioning of enterprises and institutions in the digital society was presented, as well as a reflection on what challenges, threats and prospects they will face in the modern world.

The results of scientific research and knowledge supported by practical experience on the implementation of IT tools are increasingly being used to improve and refine the management concepts of organizations. Particular attention is also being paid to the impact of current events in the country and the world on the new challenges that arise in human capital management. The operating models of consumers, markets, countries and the global economy are also changing.

The conference was aimed at representatives of the fields of social sciences and humanities, as well as management practitioners interested in the proposed topic.
