Legal trainee Bartlomiej Teodorczyk specializes in substantive civil law and civil procedure. His areas of interest include, in particular, issues in the field of consumer law, creation of commercial documentation and contracts, as well as issues centered around bankruptcy and restructuring law. So far, he has gained professional experience in Poznań law firms focused on serving individual clients and business entities. In 2022 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, defending his master’s thesis entitled „Conclusion of contracts in the bidding mode, with particular emphasis on Internet contracts”.
At the Law Firm, he deals with cases in the area of claims and receivables recovery, drafting and drawing up contracts in the service of business entities, broadly defined issues related to the realization of consumer rights and topics in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring.
