The team of TURCZA Law Firm consists of over a dozen qualified attorneys-at-law, trainees and assistants. Since its establishment in 2007, the Law Firm provides legal services to a wide range of business clients. The choice of solutions depends on the specifics of the business and the type of client’s case. We work with notaries, tax advisors, appraisers, experts, other law firms from Poland and abroad, and other specialists.
Understanding the needs of business, we make sure that legal support always comes „on time”. In the legal matters of our clients, we want to be their right hand – available non-stop. The Law Firm has procedures in place to ensure high standards of protection of sensitive data. Security was also based on a solid financial guarantee, i.e. third party liability insurance with a rate higher than required by law.

COMPANY LAW
Our Team has broad experience within the field of permanent legal services provided to the companies and partnerships. CORPORATE BANKRUPTCY AND REORGANIZATION LAW
Turcza Legal Office has extensive knowledge and practical experience in conducting corporate bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings. Our Team participated in the recovery proceedings of a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed company, which was at that time the first proceeding of this kind in Poland. We have practical knowledge of drafting bankruptcy petitions, submission of claims, as well as participating in the meetings of the boards of creditors. We have actively represented our Clients in the abovementioned proceedings as both debtors and creditors. As a consequence, we have learned how to successfully reduce the debts of companies and restructure their liabilities.
